Move with comfort, confidence, and consciousness through my inclusive yoga classes.

I love sport and exercise and have done throughout my life playing netball, running, strength training and hybrid racing. The outdoors is my happy place, especially when I go for walks with my dog, Skye, in the beautiful Scottish countryside and dip in the North Sea anywhere along the East Lothian coastline! When not teaching yoga, I work at Stretched in Edinburgh as a Stretch Therapist.

I began practicing yoga after a shoulder injury that affected my neck and back. Yoga played a significant role in my physical and mental recovery from this injury. I began practicing yoga after a shoulder injury that affected my neck and back. Yoga played a significant role in my physical and mental recovery from this injury. Since then, yoga has been an ever-present practice in my life and I have continued to experience the benefits through various yoga classes. My life has become more joyful, present and pain-free, and I became a yoga teacher to share this transformative experience with others.

I often hear people say, "I'm not very good at yoga; I can't touch my toes." This is a myth. Being 'good' at yoga simply means listening to your body and working with its present state. I often hear people say, "I'm not very good at yoga; I can't touch my toes." This is a myth. Being 'good' at yoga simply means listening to your body and working with its present state. So, if you can only reach your knees in a forward fold, that's also being 'good' at yoga! I offer inclusive yoga classes where participants can move with comfort, confidence, and consciousness. My hope is that you will leave my yoga sessions feeling stronger, more relaxed, and more mobile, allowing you to live a more joyful and balanced life.

Seasonal Yoga is a lovely flow practice that is a unique fusion of Yoga and Qigong, teaching us how to reconnect with nature's cycles. This means the practice evolves with the seasons teaching you how to harmonise your energy through Yoga, breath work and meditation.
For example our summer practices are more fiery and energetic compared to our winter practices which are more restorative and inward-facing - mirroring what nature is doing! Whether you are a beginner or an advanced yoga student, these classes are suitable for all levels.
There are 6 seasons we work with in Seasonal Yoga:
- Spring
- Early Summer
- Summer
- Late Summer
- Autumn
- Winter

These classes are based on the principal of increasing mobility, flexibility and recovery. Whether you are a runner, gym-goer, sports player or simply interested in increasing your mobility - these classes are for you. Our practice also includes stability and strengthening to work on the alignment of the body. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced yoga student, these classes are suitable for all levels.
